I have no issue with the location or the truck. Your app is a disaster. We tried to submit pictures of the truck beforehand on both an Android and an Apple device, and none of them worked. Could not send any photos. On check-out either. When I returned the truck I had filled the tank with more fuel than I used. I only drove 8 miles and still got charged for 4 gallons, even after adding 1.2 gallons. 5.2 gallons for 8 miles of driving is a little ridiculous. I have all the documentation and will contact the BBB if this does not get rectified. Thanks
Bryson MFurniture pads I ordered were missing
Stephen WThis location was closed when I dropped off the truck and it wasn't an actual store, it was a used car dealership. I really didn't feel comfortable leaving the appliances dolly on the truck unattended.
