When I first got there I did all the prompts to get the vehicle. Went inside and had to wait for someone to come in to hand me the key and I get being busy and no one actually sitting in the office. Get the uhaul to my storage and there is a lock on it. So I had to take the uhaul back and get another one. Get another one and still had to be back by 3 which I was able to do. I feel like when I reported the lock the jumping around with phone calls and not being able to contact store I’m renting uhaul from was crazy. The 2nd truck was a lot better. Clean. Smelled good and running wayyy better than the first.
Onyea DProvide all information needed for the truck. There was a lock in the back and never got a code for it until an hour or so later. Customer service said I needed road side assistance which would have taken an hour and half to get here. When the people on chat helped me out and gave me the code right away.
Michael BI paid for two dollies, then I was told they did not have dollies and to call the 1800 number to get reimbursed. Then I was charged for not returning a dolly when I never got one in the first place! What a joke.

MORGAN SLocation and staff were great but website said I could use a tow dolly to tow a 2019 Toyota Corolla but I was not able to. Bumper did not clear the wheel stop and damaged my cars bumper. Website was inaccurate and I rented the dolly for nothing.

CLINTON ZI requested a dolly, and they lied at 2 different locations and said they had one. I had to go buy one at Home Depot. I also requested blankets to protect my furniture. Neither location had them. They overcharged me on the mileage. When my daughter was picking up the truck, she said the woman was so rude to her that she just wanted to leave without renting. I wish we had done that.

Gamila BThe Gentleman was working in the pit he said leave it there and I'll check it in a little bit. No rudeness or lack of customer service, I just hope everything was checked properly. I took pictures of how I left the trailer just encase. There was plenty of space to park it as well.
Veronica MThe reserved trailer was not onsite as per the reservation. Got lucky as someone cancelled the 6x12 trailer. Otherwise would have ruined camping trip for family. Trailer also had tail light out. Location would not credit and discount for having to upgrade to larger trailer. Drove to main U-Haul location in Pflugerville to handle issue. Was told to call 800-Go-U-Haul and got the credit. Terrible experience. A lot of wasted time. What was the point of reservation if there was no trailer there to begin with. Plus have to drive 20mins from Georgetown so not very convenient. Would like to know what went wrong?

Mahesh RFriday, the day before I was to pick up the rental I still hadn't heard from U-haul so I called. I was expecting a cheerful person to guide me on final pickup instructions, instead I was greeted by an extremely rude person named Julie. She hurriedly told me she'd already called me and left a voicemail (which I never received) and that they were changing my pickup location to 40 minutes away south in the wrong direction. I'm obviously confused and now in silent panick mode because I'm only being contracted for a 'One Way' 260 mile trip. I start asking questions and then she start screaming at me like a crazy person! This was all happening while I'm at work!!! With clients standing near me, I calmly said, this is no way to treat or speak to a customer. You now have me silently panicking and you're screaming at me, this isn't right. She hung up on me. What is going on with U-Haul!?!? I immediately called back because now I have no clue what's going on, I'm literally moving my whole life tomorrow and I'm being screamed at by the ONE PERSON I need to have their act together. Julie has absolutely NO BUSINESS answering ANY phones for a reputable company as U-Haul. To treat me as horribly as she did means it was easy for her to act like that and shes probably been treating other customers this way...this shows this is her standard behavior and it isn't acceptable. Thankfully you have a rep, Gaylynn, who answered the phone, what a rescue! He told me he heard her screaming at me, he apologized and said "he didn't know what had gotten under her nose". I want a written apology from Julie. And I want my money back for going over my milage. It wasn't my fault you guys didn't have a truck at the location I picked. I will expect a phone call with resolutin or I'm going to the BBB.

David WMy contract advised I call this location when arriving in the area. I called twelve times and nobody answered. I stopped by the location and was given directions for U-Haul truck return. I returned the truck that afternoon. Every U-Haul person I interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. If not for the wild goose chase and unavailability of the furniture dolley I requested I would have been able to give U-Haul top marks across the board.

Travis JPersonnel unhitched the trailer and then went one step further to help with an unrelated problem. I had just had an oil change a week earlier in Tennessee but a day before returning the trailer I started getting a notice to change my oil. I asked the technician if he could help and he got into the car and reset the notice for me. I will return to this location for my next oil change.

Mark KI spent 45 minutes waiting while they changed oil and tended to other customers and tried to do the online paperwork. The rep apologized but said that this is not a priority for them as they prioritize customers getting oil changes. I’ll be using other locations in the future.
