Truck had no windshield washer fluid and the next morning when I went to fill it up I was pouring fluid I and was coming out the bottom of the tank. I found the hose was disconnected from the tank and then I observed that there was oil all over the engine and the hood. I then found that the oil fill cap was missing. When I picked up the truck no one walked out with me to go over the truck and when I went back inside to talk with the manager he was gone and the other three employees said they couldn't help me because the manager had to help me. Poor service
GREAT customer service!
There was a lock on the truck that no one mentioned and by the time we got the truck back to the moving site, we noticed the lock and couldn't get it off. After calling and still not being able to get it off, we had to go back up there. Then after the 3rd trip there, our car didn't fit on the towing trailer so we didn't take it. I am still fighting for the refund for that and getting text messages that we never returned it because they didn't take it off our order. Still fighting to not pay the extra return days on the trailer we didn't take. Horrible experience.
I went to this location to rent a car hauler. I was told the only way I could rent a uhaul was to go online and make a reservation because they didn't know how to initiate a reservation in the store. I returned to me vehicle and made an online reservation. I returned to the store and was given my paperwork and a sticky note with the trailer number I was supposed to get. I was left on my own to hook up and check the trailer out. When I returned the trailer a few hours later I was told to just put it back where I picked it up from and was again not offered any assistance with parking or unhooking the trailer. Luckily I am very experienced with hooking up to and pulling trailers. Had this not been the case I would have been left to fend for myself. This was a terrible example of customer service and I will likely never return to this location again for any of their offered services!
Better communication with main Uhaul office. My vehicle keys weren't available to meet at time to check in. Had to delay my moving plans 12 hrs until I was able to get key next morning. Vehicle barely had 1/4 of a tank
No customer support
The location customer service was horendous. They did absolutely nothing to make the experience pleasant and forgot to put equipment that i rented in the truck...but they didnt forget to charge me for it. Had to back the uhaul in to the line myself...arent the sellers supposed to stage the vehicles? Literally zero customer service or car. Very rude and run by someone who obviously does not care about customers.
Dropped they key in the drop box. No contact with any personel
These guys were great and very helpful. We really appreciated doing business with them. My thanks goes to the entire staff for getting me in and out so I could get going on my hard day of moving!!
I dropped the rental trailer off on a Sunday Evening and it took them two business days before they checked it in so I was charged for an additional two rental periods. I don't think there is anyone checking the rentals daily.
I had a guaranteed rental for a 10' truck. When I arrived, I attempted to use the app to secure the vehicle. After a lengthy process, I was told to pick up the key in the office. Once there, they told me that I would have to wait to be served until they performed an oil change. I was surprised that there wasn't an employee to work the desk. Once they were ready, they told me that the 10' truck had a flat tire, but they would give me a 15' truck. I wasn't looking for a truck that size since I was only moving a single piece of furniture. I accepted and waited for the transfer process. The manager gave me a key and I went out to the lot. The truck was not on the lot. There wasn't an explanation for this, but another truck was assigned after another wait. Instead of apologizing, I was told to make sure that I folded the furniture pads when finished. There were so many bugs and so much dirt on the windshield that I could hardly see out. Once finished, I decided to bring the truck back the same day since I did not want to park a 15' truck in my driveway. I returned and parked in the back lot, out of the way, where another customer had parked their truck earlier in the day. An employee yelled at me to park it in the grass with the rest of the trucks. Once I arrived at the office, the manager was charging a battery and told me to put the key in the drop box. They didn't have time to check it in and it would get done the next day. The location made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by being a patron. I didn't get the truck I was guaranteed, and the whole process took close to an hour when it should have taken 15 minutes. I don't usually rent with U-Haul, and I will be sure to rent with another company next time. The only positive things that I can say are that I got a truck, and they didn't rip me off checking it in the next day.
They were training when I was there I was in a hurry. So it took twice as long which was frustrating. I hooked the trailer up myself and had to fix one of the tie straps which took over 20 minutes. Again, I was in a hurry.
Was a slow process to pick up using mobile pickup. Took 20-25 minutes. Lock was hard to open to get to key.
There was no one there but I dropped it off on saturday so I didn't think anyone would be there. Quick dropoff.
They were very nice to deal with
I was unsure where to park the truck and where to go in to turn the truck in. I waited in the lobby area for 15 mintues while the mechanics saw me and then looked away. Eventually I saw someone walk out of the bay so I hurried out the door to get their attention and still had trouble getting help. After turning the keys over they said that they were closing so they would check to truck in on Tuesday which was 2-3 days after the truck was due back depending on what time they would check it in. This left me wondering if I would end up getting extra charges on the truck because of them.
Easy access, great improvements on initial processing.
The hours are wrong on the U-Haul site. The business was closed and I had to get a different truck because the one I reserved required staff assistance. I also had to drive to another U-Haul site to get the requested furniture dolly.
Fix your software/registration process. I had to input my information about 4 times before it took it properly.
Staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Extremely slow service. I was ignored for 15 minutes before anyone tried to help, and then the internet was slow so it took another 30 minutes to get out of there, which really set me off track. There was no sense or urgency, either, which would've made a huge difference. It seemed like the guy in the office would rather not have any customers.
I expect the equipment to be great. The real bonus was the staff. The guy at the counter was cheerful, helpful and very supporting. Thanks.
