I booked our truck reservation to be picked up a month in advance at 7AM. The reservation was confirmed and no other communication was made to us to let us know that the location doesn’t open until 8AM. After trying the mobile self- pickup and not working 3+ times we decided to get in touch with U-HAUL. They said from what they can see that the truck was not set up to be picked up yet. We go to the location an hour and a half later once they open and 4-5 guys are standing behind the counter chatting for a good 5 minutes before someone asks us if we are here for a U-HAUL rental. They finally get us our truck and we got the heck out of there. Thankfully, U-HAUL is reimbursing me a little bit of money for my bad experience- but this location was not the greatest either. Not only did just ignore our 7AM pickup time but they just stared at us for 5 minutes before they spoke to us. Not a great experience at all.

I had find the trailer I rented and manually move it out and hook it up by myself.
Carl KThere are so many huge potholes where the Gauls are stored, it's hard to navigate the parking lot. Also your app glitches so much it's annoying. I like to self service but it kept timing out and not working. The employees were great, but the technology should work.
