There are so many huge potholes where the Gauls are stored, it's hard to navigate the parking lot. Also your app glitches so much it's annoying. I like to self service but it kept timing out and not working. The employees were great, but the technology should work.

Therese MThe bearings were wore out on the trailer. Was a very uncomfortable ride for 5 hrs Called uhaul about swapping the trailer was going to be a 2 hr ordeal. Upon dropping trailer off the next morning the gentlemen did not seem at all concerned which was frustrating as well.
