THERON SThe truck was very clean, but there was something wrong with one of the tires. I was not able to go onto the highway, and therefore I had to take surface streets which created extra mileage that I had to pay for.

KEVIN EThe whole "rent through app" process was great and went very smoothly. The technology worked well. The process was easy and fast enough that I'm more likely to rent a U-Haul again in the future. One small suggestion for improvement. I have a real pet peeve with companies/sites that make me enter the same information multiple times. The app said (and I was told) I could enter my driver license photos/info (and credit card info) ahead of time to save time during the pickup, which I did. (And thought "boy, glad I can do this now from home, would be a pain to do standing in a parking lot.") However, when I picked the truck up, I had to enter info for both AGAIN. Please remove that redundancy.
Alex RI am extremely pleased with my rental experience with hv/rv storage. No problems whatsoever, great communication throughout. Roger? Was top notch, answered all our questions, was a real pleasure to deal with. If your In Peoria Arizona and need a U-Haul definitely go to this location.
MICHAEL AHad no idea we had to install the u haul app to return the truck after hours. We were exhausted and spent an hour and multiple phone calls just to satisfy all of the information and picture requirements. Really unhappy!!!

RAYMOND FI ordered a dolly to be included with my rental. When I arrived, the dolly was not in the truck. When I called the location, they indicated they had placed the doll in the wrong truck, which was locked, and they wouldn't be able to have anyone come get it for me. Add to this, they indicated I could pick up and pay for one at my destination location, then submit a request for reimbursement when my move was completed. This resulted in some added tasks that I didn't need during our move out of state.
