The only negative part is the lack of moving blankets I ordered. I was depending on those for my move & because they were not in the truck.. I have some damaged things…. Either this location or U-Haul as whole needs to do better.

JOEL GIt is absolutely absurd that you offer a mobile pick up, but I had to spend 35 minutes on with a U-Haul rep because Photos wouldn’t load it into your app. The truck was not clean inside. The driver side mirror would flop outward every time that I hit a bump.. And I asked for a 20 foot truck and was given a 26 foot truck. So my stuff shuffled about in the truck.
