Best Uhaul location I have ever been to. Yes, the trucks are trucks have rented a million of them. What stands out at this location was the over and beyond customer service. Truthfully I've never really received great customer service at any of your counters, this was a breathe a fresh air. Your staff works hard and goes out of their way to make the experience not only enjoyable but efficient. Thank you again.

The process to rent a uhaul is extremely frustrated. The notifications from the app don't direct you to the right place in the app to go through the checkin process. I have to add duplicative information even though I filled out everything online before I came to get the U-Haul. I have to wait for a love human to verify I guess who I am and that I'm there to pick up the uhaul. The entire process is extremely convoluted, I honestly despise when I need to rent a uhaul cause of the work it takes just go get one. I'd rather just ask a friend for a truck.
