The photo upload progress of the pick-up portion within the app was a little slow and unresponsive. Other than that all went well!

Marybeth BMaybe this isn't the location's fault, but since there isn't a general comment section, it has to go here. I left more than 3/8ths a tank, which is 1/4 more than what I picked the truck up with. I picked the truck up with 1/8th a tank, which was noted on my pickup. I was told I would get a credit back for the additional gas I put in over 1/8th a tank. Not only did I not receive a credit for the gas, I was charged for the 3 extra miles I drove. I would have let the gas slide if those miles hadn't been tacked on, but now I will be disputing with Uhaul for the gas credit. Very poor customer service from Uhaul.
Kaitlyn MWe ended up with a bigger truck we didn’t need. Owner happened to be at the pick up facility (they were closed). He let us in and switched us to a smaller truck. Second time renting from this facility. Always friendly and helpful.
