The clerk, Amanda, was wonderful and easy to work with. We have no issue with the location or service there. Our only issue was that the truck was dirty when we received it and the radio would not stay on.

the biggest problem I had was not with either location, it was w uhaul in general. This was the 3rd truck I have rented in less than 2 months. I drive exactly where I said I was driving, and the. got charged extra for exceeding the mileage in both of the trucks I rented today. Bogus!

Advertise the truth. When $19.95 a day turns into $115 something doesn't add up. Mileage really?

Easy drop off location. The manager was friendly and professional. Check out was straight forward and handled by the manager. The receipt was emailed to me prior to leaving the drop off location. Plenty of space to park the 5*8 enclosed trailer.

Truck was full of mud and dirt. I spent an hour sweeping and washing out the back before we could use it . Previous renter left trash and dirty work gloves in cab.

We used the truck for less than a day. It would have been nice to get some kind of rebate. Location was helpful With a lost bag.

There was a box spring left in the trailer I rented. Returned to the shop and we put the box spring in their dumpster. Attendant helped me and was apologetic.
