How U-Haul Reviews WorkAC BROKEN, smelled like cigarettes
SARAH MTrailer and hitch were covered in mud and dirt. Trailer was not attached me and the ladies there had to muscle it onto the truck and the angle was all wrong and very difficult to lift and maneuver a 6x12 ft trailer onto the truck. As for the truck it was dirty inside and had shattered glass all over the back step area and throughout the inside of the truck. There was a 3 in screw just laying on the back step and the gas gauge was an 1/8 of a tank off what the paperwork claimed. I believe someone may have used this truck between rentals. I do not make that accusation lightly.
RUSSELL RI would not recommend this location for rental; however, I so recommed Uhaul. The experience I had was overwhelming but I will say customer service was able to help me with my concerns. One piece of advice that I will give is to take pictures (thank goodness, we did). Keep an eye out on any emails.
PENNY tThey had one 15’ truck available, which is what I reserved. The truck’s air conditioner stopped working after 20 minutes. It should be noted that there was a heat index of 106 on the day that I had the truck.
