I would not recommend this location for rental; however, I so recommed Uhaul. The experience I had was overwhelming but I will say customer service was able to help me with my concerns. One piece of advice that I will give is to take pictures (thank goodness, we did). Keep an eye out on any emails.

They had one 15’ truck available, which is what I reserved. The truck’s air conditioner stopped working after 20 minutes. It should be noted that there was a heat index of 106 on the day that I had the truck.
Scott SThe truck we got to travel 3 hours had NO AC on an almost 100 degree day, with extreme humidity. My 82 y/o dad was in bad shape by the time we arrived. I ordered a 20' U-haul for my dad on August 7th to be picked up on August 15. On August 14 I received a text saying they did not have a 20' truck and there was one 26 miles away. I responded saying I needed to know where the truck was to make a decision. It was completely out of the way. I then asked if they had a truck in New Bern. I was ultimately told they would give me the 26' for the price of a 20'. We arrive Saturday morning and realize there is a 20' truck. When I questioned it I said our truck was ordered on the 7th. (My mistake) The woman begins to "ah, am, um" and then without checking says, "this one was ordered on the 6th". Never again!!!
