Don't think they know U-Haul policy. We were stuck with a sidewall tire that was damage before we took possession on the car hauler. Waited two hours after we left the facility because they told us we have to call roadside for assistance. Which in turn loss or room for the night and couldn't find another one to replace it, so we end up traveling through with a couple of hour naps at two rest stops. Not what we planned on, but we made it through. Have the facilities check the equipment and repair them as see fit so this doesn't happen again to someone else way before they arrive to rent your product.

Had a damage side wall of the trailer tire I was renting and was told that the pickup location they could not fix it at their site and for me to call roadside for assistance concerning repairs. After leaving the location it took almost two hours for repair and lost my hotel stay for the night and could not find a new hotel due to full capacity and notice. Spent a couple of hours resting/sleeping in three different rest areas trying to push on to get home for my grandbaby birthday party. There is way more but leave you with just this portion.
JODY BPut the wrong equipment number on the contract trying to overcharge me. Saying I dropped the Uhaul in New York when it went 20 miles down the road and back. Customer service is useless.

ISAIAH CNo one there and the app didn't show i had a trailer for return. I called, guy was off location. Left the trailer near the perimeter gate as instructed and took my own pictures for proof.

MELANIE SI picked up the truck and trailer on Friday afternoon. I was charged for 2 days for a one way trip. I was told that if I dropped it off the next day, that I wouldn’t get charged for the second day. I delivered it early in the morning the next day and still got charged for the full two days. If I knew that I was going to be charged the amount that I was charged, I would have found an alternate way to do my trip. I’m not happy.

THOMAS GCommunicate from location to location better. I was overcharged for the initial rental and charged for repairs which were needed before I rented the equipment. And you know this because the repair parts were already ordered for the location I rented it from. I'm very disappointed in this companies procedures and lack of communication between stores. Not to mention, try to sign up to their website...
