Communicate from location to location better. I was overcharged for the initial rental and charged for repairs which were needed before I rented the equipment. And you know this because the repair parts were already ordered for the location I rented it from. I'm very disappointed in this companies procedures and lack of communication between stores. Not to mention, try to sign up to their website...
