Get better service representatives. The guy with the glasses has poor customer service skills. It felt as if I was being given a hand out instead of me paying for what I was using. (A VAN!!!!) This is the second time I've had to use this location and it was no better than the first time. You just can't get fair treatment from anyone these days. Is this the manager of this location? 🧐

This was the second location I went to, the first location on 71st and Stony Island I would've preferred to review as their service was horrible and I waited over an hour of time waiting in line and had a reservation but there was no truck available. The communication sucks at that location and they need more than one person assisting for pick up. The Hyde Park location was a much smoother process and I will use their location in the future, more professional and didn't wait long.

Staff at this location were VERY helpful, and accepted the 20' truck even though it was larger than they normally accommodate. I needed to return to this location so that I could walk back to my apartment, which is another reason I needed the smaller truck.

Overall it was a great location with customer service being the top. The truck was dirty outside (probably can't help it), but the inside was decent (not dirty). It did perform the work we needed done and I would definitely use this location again.

I had called the day before and asked to be called if my size truck was available earlier. When I got there, there were multiple models of the the size i needed but I had not been called. I had to wait almost half an hour to get my truck.

I don't like how I was charged one thing then charged another once it was over. I would also prefer if it were easier to tell the difference between different option. Finally, the website feels a bit sketchy and I felt the need to call and double check my order was actually placed. This was especially apparent when I tried to check my reservation and the online system said it was cancelled (even though the person on the phone said this was not the case)

I paid ahead of time and you tried to cancel my car transport and the person had no empathy when doing do. I had to speak to supervisor then drive 135 miles in the opposite direction to pickup a transport. This ended up costing me 6 hours on a cross country trip. This was customer service and not the Hyde Park staff. For the inconvenience they did not offer an apology, discount, or anything. That is not how you do business!

First and foremost the location itself is smelly and grimy.The waiting room chairs itch like they have bedbugs.The moldy odor will knock you out.I also believe they reserve their newer trucks for white people.They gave me an old junky truck with a broken side view mirror. I almost crashed several times trying to fix it so I can see. I am very disappointed in this place. I was put in danger and I am going to report this place to the better business bureau.

There were two problems with the van. It needed an oil change (this was displayed on the dash board). Also, the fuel gauge was WILDLY inaccurate. I was told I had 15/16 of a tank of gas when I left. I drove about 30 miles and when I went to top off the gas before returning the van, to my astonishment the tank kept filling. I ended up adding 7 gallons to a tank that was supposed to be nearly full. (I should add that I did not fill the tank - I finally realized I was buying gas for the next customer and stopped pumping!) I think it is dangerous for customers to travel in a vehicle that does not have an accurate fuel measurement. Getting stranded while moving is really a drag.

The van I rented had a non-functioning A/C on a very hot day in the summer. I wouldn't rent a van from here again--it suggests the vehicles might not be maintained as regularly as they should be.

After hour pickup service was hell. The app did not work. I called the customer service and was disconnected a few times. Finally, after being on hold for 40 minutes someone was able to help me. The app still did not work properly, did not allow to take photos of scratches and such. After some 2 hours I was able to drive away. The AC was not working. Overall a lousy experience.
