Air didn’t work in truck

MICHELLE EThe staff are very rude and unhelpful. I got to the lot and didn’t even know there was an inner office because there was no sign of it. I only found it because some other customers explained I have to walk completely around the block to access a run down office. I entered and the staff didn’t say anything until I interjected. The man talked to me and was very rude, playing on his phone the entire time and not very helpful. I had to drive most of the conversation. I love UHaul but I wish this location was audited or inspected and improved.
Sidney SEverything was great, but i had came back 3 time and that was not a good feeling . there should be more access to your storage unit. i brought the truck back at 1pm someone was moving came back at 2pm still moving came back at 3pm still moving and the 4th time. everyone i had paid for them to move me could not come back. so it was just my grandson and i moving...... but everyone was friendly always had a Great experience with you all for years this was the only bad one i had.
