I was given a truck and the dealer did not disclose that the truck’s AC was not working as well as it not driving properly either. Every plan on using the truck was sabotaged due to the 90 degree weather with the truck I had. I called and complained and the person, I’m assuming the owner or manager told me that U-Haul told them that the truck was good to rent. Not only did the air not work, the truck itself had issues with accelerating. I am disappointed to say the least. It was a waste of my time and money. I couldn’t go and do the pickups as planned due to the truck being unsafe to drive and air quality was less than poor.

Amanda Eit was extremely unclear that the reservation meant we had to pick up the truck at that exact time. i assumed that a confirmed truck meant that the reservation was reserved for that entire time. please clarify on your website, during reservations and during reminders that the pickup time is EXACT as it was not clear whatsoever.
