I am grateful for the owner/manager of this location. She always makes sure that I receive great customer service. This was my second time within 2 weeks that I rented from her location. I plan to rent again once I find a place in August.

They are fantastic, change nothing. this should be the model for all stores and customer interaction. Give them a raise. You need to keep people like this on staff to train others on how to treat customers.

The service I received from Hyper Shipping was truly above and beyond. Everyone was professional, helpful, and made the entire rental process stress-free. Everything was ready on time, clearly explained, and easy to manage. This made all the difference since it was my first time renting and driving a truck. I have zero complaints and would definitely use this location again. Highly recommend.

There was no interaction at this location. I used the Dropbox to return the keys the same night. Someone called me on Monday to ask if the truck had been returned and what location. No communication between U-Haul and the drop off locations.
