The parking to return the Uhaul was kind of a mess. Wojld definitely recommend finding alternatives. I wish the process was easier to pick up and return the truck, my page kept timing out which was kind of annoying. The truck itself wasn't too badJulia T.

I reserved moving equipment months in advance and when I went to pick it up they did not have it. I had To search for the equipment at several other uhaul stores in order to find what I needed. The employees did not offer to help me. It delayed our moved by several hours .Anna H.

Uhaul location was average, no complaints. On the other hand I needed to change my Uhaul drop off location and it was completely impossible for a transfer to get through with Uhaul customer service I was left on the phone for 25 mins and hung up on. Worst experience, also the website dashboard have no way to change the addressKristin W.

Location gave us a trailer with a bad tire and several lights not working. Also wouldn't properly connect safety chains. Roadside assistance was fantastic in taking our call to fixing the tire.Athel D.

The trailer was missing when I got to the location. When I tried to request the larger size trailer, I was told it would not fit my vehicle and was offered the general uhaul support number and told to figure it out myself. After convincing the employee's boss that that my car could handle the larger trailer, they swapped out the reservation (and charged the higher rate), I was given a 6x12 trailer on site. Unfortunately however the trailer I was given only had lights working on half of the trailer, causing my left turns to be very dangerous. When I returned the trailer, I was instructed to remove it myself, which I wasn't entirely sure how to do. Tough experience all around.Josh W.

The check-in process felt duplicative of what I'd already done online; when I arrived they weren't sure whether there were trailers or not and at first I thought I'd have to wait for a long time. Another customer who arrived 20 minutes after me was able to get his trailer first.Elizabeth S.

The location is convenient. The attendant was great. The vehicle was well maintained. The vehicle was not clean. I had to sweep the vehicle out before using. The vehicle console had stains from a spilled soft drinkâ€¦so nothing had been wiped off. When I returned the vehicle to another locationâ€¦I had to take a photograph of the cargo and cabin area to demonstrate the vehicle was clean. Why do I have to provide you with proof of a clean vehicle upon return when you don't supply me with a clean vehicle?STANLEY P.

I have this suggestion I was really upset when you took the van away from this location as I rent a vehicle every other week. The van that you did have at this location was the ideal one that I needed and I find out that the truck with the roll down door is a bit harder for me to use. I would suggest that you bring one back so that I can be happy.garry B.
