Inform customers that the link to take the pictures is sent to the email i thought it was just the receipt. Clean out the cabin of the vehicle. It had spills and trash still inside when I picked it up.

Stephen KRecommend a different drop off location. This was at a small shell service station with bars on the windows and a small uhaul sign that was hard to see.
elizabeth aEmployee(s) need to make sure customers have their receipt, get instructions on what to do before and after drop off, and any questions answered. This is the first place that someone didn't walk out me to the vehicle. If customer is handicapped, pull the vehicle up to the front of store front for customers

Sarah BMake sure they have the parts to hookup a trailer, they sent me to another dealer that didn't even know what I needed even after I took him out and showed them, they tried to give me a household extension cord. Shouldn't have a liquor store being a U Haul agent. All your agents should be well equipped no matter what size they are, and should be friendly and helpful and know what is needed to hookup a trailer! Should also be able to speak and understand English!!!!

Taylor BThe last customer did not sweep it out and I found a melted candy bar still in the package behind the passenger seat. I also found something really sticky in one of the cup holders. I tried to clean it be couldn't get it all.
Carmen CAwful experience. Where to begin? I arrived to the location for my original reservation (9’ Van) and was told my reservation was cancelled. I called and dealt with a nasty representative who sent us the a second location and a 10’ Van which was not needed. To make matters worse the truck broke down on our final load and left us stranded for almost 3 hours as the wait time for service took forever. Couldn’t use the app to get in touch because it couldn’t find my reservation since it was technically canceled. Would not recommend. Awful treatment and experience.
Connor EThe people at the counter were very unprofessional when we picked up the trailer, then when we got going, it had a very bad tire that was almost blown! We called a Uhaul dealer in Sterling, CO (his name was Rich) and he was VERY helpful and got us into a tire shop... the guys in the tire shop waited for us (it was after 5 on a Friday) and they replaced the tire for us.

diane aThe entire experience was awful in terms of pick up and drop off. I asked for help from U-Haul, no one responded to the chat. The location called and asked for help, and nothing. It took 45 minutes to sort it out, and that ate into my reservation substantially. The app keeps crashing. The photos are ridiculous—-I’m doing your job for you, so at least make it easy and more user friendly. I’d rather pay more to rent elsewhere. This was a disaster experience. The vehicle was great, as was location. Interacting with U-Haul sucked.

Robert CI was charged for a furniture dolly and a utility dolly, though neither were in the truck and I marked it as such during my check-in when picking up the truck. It seems as if you order something, you get charged for it whether it's provided or not. This doesn't seem quite right to me.

braulio dI have rented 4 trucks in the last 4 months. And I rented from this location 3 of the 4 times. And I will continue to, as needed rent from this location. They are very nice. And very easy to rent from. Everything is clean and they answer any questions I have had. And helped along the way. Would recommend highly this location.
Danelle LDid not have blankets I requested. Was told they didn't have a hand truck only to find one when I opened the back of the truck. Other than that, it was a good transaction. I like the paperless aspect.

Kaitlyn WWhen a customer walks up and says my name is “_____” you dont say oh we dont have a truck for you… yeah im refreshing and theres nothing here. You do say… oh well maybe it’s under a different name, you may have made the reservation but the name is under the primary driver. Furthermore when Im asking for clarification on what you need It would be cool if I wasn’t made to feel like a fool… Idk I know this location is a gas station also but it was rough going… Also the truck had no gas in it to start or a properly secured hand cart. Anyway thanks for letting me vent a little bit.

Seth MMade reservation few weeks in advance. They had what I needed when I needed it. Truck was a 26ft nice comfortable and easy to drive. Pick up was very simple. My move went very good with this size truck and just the newer model truck was nice to have.

Anthony CThe parking to return the Uhaul was kind of a mess. Wojld definitely recommend finding alternatives. I wish the process was easier to pick up and return the truck, my page kept timing out which was kind of annoying. The truck itself wasn’t too bad

Serghei TThis was, by far, the beat U-Haul rental Experience I have ever had! Staff was so friendly and helpful, He made sure the paperwork process was fast and easy. They made my moving day (which, let's face it a grueling Experience in and of itself), so much easier.
Kelly BI reserved moving equipment months in advance and when I went to pick it up they did not have it. I had To search for the equipment at several other uhaul stores in order to find what I needed. The employees did not offer to help me. It delayed our moved by several hours .
