Why did they cancel my reservation? I need the equipment for Friday night to Sunday night, but I end up having to pay for 3 days each time even though it’s only about 50 hours? The website forces you through upsells that are for people moving their house. Like pads and movers etc

Michael LU-Haul needs to fix its own stuff. The software makes data entry duplicated so many times, how many times do you need a photo of my DL? How many times do you need my address etc? When I say no to Safetow, why do your agents waste my time adding it with out asking me, and then wasting time to have me have to have it removed. This is not about the location but about U-Haul the company
