you could include the taxes and fees online so when I go into the store, I am not pissed off because of the price increase
Sarah B.Make sure they have the parts to hookup a trailer, they sent me to another dealer that didn't even know what I needed even after I took him out and showed them, they tried to give me a household extension cord. Shouldn't have a liquor store being a U Haul agent. All your agents should be well equipped no matter what size they are, and should be friendly and helpful and know what is needed to hookup a trailer! Should also be able to speak and understand English!!!!
