U-Haul needs to fix its own stuff. The software makes data entry duplicated so many times, how many times do you need a photo of my DL? How many times do you need my address etc? When I say no to Safetow, why do your agents waste my time adding it with out asking me, and then wasting time to have me have to have it removed. This is not about the location but about U-Haul the company

SHAHAB KDidn't know what he was doing. Internet sooooo slow that it wasn't even working. Didn't have the requested/agreed upon hand truck. I had to call the main office afterward to get everything straightened out because he had no idea what he was doing.
