Recommend a different drop off location. This was at a small shell service station with bars on the windows and a small uhaul sign that was hard to see.

Employee(s) need to make sure customers have their receipt, get instructions on what to do before and after drop off, and any questions answered. This is the first place that someone didn't walk out me to the vehicle. If customer is handicapped, pull the vehicle up to the front of store front for customers

Sarah B.Make sure they have the parts to hookup a trailer, they sent me to another dealer that didn't even know what I needed even after I took him out and showed them, they tried to give me a household extension cord. Shouldn't have a liquor store being a U Haul agent. All your agents should be well equipped no matter what size they are, and should be friendly and helpful and know what is needed to hookup a trailer! Should also be able to speak and understand English!!!!
