While the overall process was smooth, I was disappointed to be charged for gas after returning the vehicle with more fuel than it had at pickup. At drop-off, I was prompted to submit photos for verification. However, the staff member on site assured me that it was not necessary and that she would handle everything. Based on that, I did not submit photos myself. Unfortunately, I was later charged for fuel, which does not reflect the condition in which I returned the vehicle. This experience has made me hesitant to recommend your service to a friend, as I relied on staff guidance and was still charged incorrectly.

The drop off location was 30 miles from me which caused me to go over my miles explain this to customer service but wind up still take it there to avoid wrong location fee

KAYODE HThe app and online check in was crashing and lagging, so much so that it almost couldn’t be used. There was no one on site at this location, and no one answered the listed phone call. I was supposed to get moving blankets, and they were not in the truck. The app directed me to go inside and ask—but again, no one there. If you can, pick any other location for pickup/dropoff.

NATASHA TThe location was difficult to find and not obvious. The gps brought me to a huge shopping mall. I had no phone number for the location and it was closed when we arrived. It took some time to find the small U-haul sign in front of the store. More detailed information would have sped up the process greatly.
