Arthur HerediaThe gentleman at the counter was very friendly and personable, but didn’t seem to know too much about the U-Haul pricing structure. I was initially quoted approximately $50 dollars with with the online reservation, but when it came time to pre pay the associate, he told me $119!! How the hell was it suddenly so expensive? I told him that didn’t seem right, so he gave me a very watered down summary of the charges and it didn’t add up. He was charging me both insurances which I declined online, and I think was trying to charge me an overnight fee when I only need the van for 2 hours to return at 5:00 pm. He still couldn’t provide me an exact reason why it was more than double the online quote. He yielded on the price after more pressing, and it was finally down to $60 because supposedly he could not remove the $10 insurance option. I certainly won’t ever go back to this location for rentals again.

Vakhtang PoutkaradzeThe gas tank was not full on pick up. I did not need a full tank but upon return I had to guess how much gas I had to put in the tank so I would be charged for that service. I was accused by the owner/manager of the location that I did return the vehicle I rented. Of course, this led to my becoming concerned about this accusation. The first question from the owner/manager to me on the phone was "Where's my van? It's not here." After a few minutes, he did call back and apologized for making a mistake and thinking I had rented the vehicle he was missing when the vehicle I rented was truly there. Not a good way to work with customer. He did admit he did not look at his paperwork properly and accused me of not returning the vehicle that was missing.
Barak EagleThe location was not open at about 4PM on a Tuesday. I wanted to get remunerated for the blankets I never got, but I could only drop off the key.
Gregg TaylorPretty much nothing the customer service was great too, It was the construction that was a mess and hard to get in the location the street is blocked from getting in only one way in and you have to go all the way around to sundt street light that's the only problem I had was the construction it was a hassle to get in to the store.

JAMES CHRISTOPHE CIULLAMy truck was supposed to be located at a location in Albuquerque. I go to pick up the truck at the specified location in Albuquerque, only to be informed that the truck was actually located in Rio Rancho. Not only is Rio Rancho a different city, but it's in an different county completely. This delayed our plans and we lost moving help because of said delay, increasing the amount of work we had to do. Unacceptable. When I asked the Albuquerque location for some sort of discount/credit given the inconvenience, they told me I would have to speak with the Rio Rancho location. Only problem was the Rio Rancho location was not open and I had to do the virtual check in.
Nathan GraffThis franchise operator was very good, friendly, professional, and the best u-haul experience. I have a very poor, sour experience in 1992 with u-haul Elko NV, and I have never used them since - going with Ryder and Penske, which included in 1995 a xc move of my belongings from Vermont to Reno - the business that one experience chased away. This operator was very good, will recommend him, even though I still remain skeptical from the Elko u-haul idiot. In Elko that idiot had the nerve to say he opened up the tank fill and couldn't see the gas level, tried to shake me down, I went back to the fuel stop and was able to get another 1/2 gallon of fuel in, but what a waste. Presume he wanted that $20 surcharge or whatever it was to claim it wasn't topped off.
STEVEN WELLSThe odometer reading was wrong before I left on my trip. I called customer service to correct it on my reservation it was not done . I was over charged . I emailed the rep I spoke with and customer service and still have not heard back . Very disappointed
Ericka FrancisI was told of free storage in the drop off location. That was not true. I had to pay two storages to put my stuff in.
john cardenasTook a long time to verify with my second contact. I was on a time crunch so this was very inconvenient, after over 10 minutes I sent a message to the representative who was verifying me and soon after I was approved and I don’t think he ever responded. I could have supplied him with an alternative contact if he was having trouble reaching the contact I supplied.
Andrew MasinI got stuck with a $35 credit for boxes returned. No help from management to apply the credit when I paid $3000 for the truck.

OSVALDO NAVARROI asked for and paid for an appliance dolly. But when I opened the truck there was no appliance dolly. Told the U-Haul guy about it but nothing. I still got charged for it even though it wasn’t there.
Jeffrey WisdomUhaul did not run well. Planned on making 2 trips while moving and barely made it one. Getting the uhaul back to the drop off location was another story. Truck needs some work. Customer service with IBugguyuhaul was amazing though.
