I booked a few days earlier to pick up the truck at the Orleans center in Ottawa, two to the pick up Uhaul called and informed me the truck is not available and that I would have to drive almost 1 hour to the other side of town to pick up a truck as that's the only location available. this totally disrupted all my plans as i was driving from Montreal to Ottawa and now needed to factor in the extra drive and time. A company that values their customer would have made the effort to position the truck at the original booked location considering you had two days to do this. Very disappointed with the service
