Had to wait 45 minutes after my reservation time to get the truck Trucks are a 5 minute drive away Truck had no gas, already a warning of 45 miles till empty when we picked it up. Returned the truck with same amount of gas, then got charged extra for not returning it at 1/8th of a tank Pick a different location. Not worth it

A complete mess Vehicle not available despite a reservation, need to travel to another location to pick it . Poor truck maintenance Unexpected charges & billing/ payment issues Poor customer service, the person on the front desk doesn't know anything, need to call someone, who was giving me instructions by phone Long wait times until we connect with the right person Pickup/drop-off process issues Please cancel the service , this is wrong and BAD for your organisation.
Matias LThe break lights were not working on the trailer that I got. The safety chain on the trailer is too thick and not attachable to my vehicle. There was no one to assist as the office and parking lots were nearly 4 km apart. The pick location was convenient for me but lack of assistance is the downside.
