At the time of reservation, I was not informed about the save move fee or the price per mile When picking up the vehicle the other gentleman had a hard time logging onto the website Upon returning the vehicle, I was not charged correctly !st solution was to call the 1800 number and dispute the charge..Why would I have to do this if it was not my mistake?
