Pick up was at 8:00. People were over 30 min late getting there! The truck was not ready. Fumes in it for gas. It was freezing out, they didn't warm vehicle. It wasn't ready to be rented. Someone had checked it in incorrectly. By the time we got out of there we were 45 min late for the movers. Lucky I was able to contract them to let them know we were running late. It was a very bad experience!!! I'm very dissatisfied with the location.
LAURA WThe truck was almost new - 750 miles. The cabin/front was clean and comfortable, but the bed was a mess of dirt and mud. The location was primarily some other business with u-Haul secondary. The attendant was fine and helpful, but the truck I rented was the only one there. Kind of a sad place.

JAMES TGive us (that have never driven one of your trucks) a list of what all the buttons and switches do. I didn't know how to bring of the mileage until I was ready to check out. So I didn't not have the beginning mileage picture. Someone (perhaps previous renter) has spilled some kind of drink on the floor of the cab and it ran from one side to the other. There was a tire light on suggesting it needed air, and I didn't know where to go to handle that.
Jordan RMade an appointment to get the truck at 8 and waited half an hour for someone to show up for work. We didn’t leave with the truck until nearly 9 and we still payed full price. This was absolutely not how we wanted to start our moving day
