Not available to pick up at reserved time, manager of location made a call talking to someone on the phone who told him to stop calling him back to back, just leave a message and he will get back to him when available even after he explained the customer was right in front of him. man on the phone said "I don't care who's in front of you, stop calling. Now, I guess the customer just has to wait because I am not going to call another location and do a transfer" Yes, this was all on speaker phone and I heard the conversation. manager of location had to call someone in to check me out because he wasn't authorized to work uhaul systems, rental personnel that showed up didn't know how to hook up a trailer, good thing I did. this whole interaction put me over an hour behind schedule.

There was nobody at the location. I wanted to drop the truck off with a real person, but I couldn’t.
Andrew DWe were supposed to have a pickup time of 8am at Southport Indy location. It was switched to Keystone location because they don’t have the 15’truck. The pickup time was switched mistakenly by dealer to 4pm!!. There was very little WiFi service at Keystone location parking lot. The representative was not on location until 9am. Once he showed up, we got the truck quickly. The truck did great, smooth ride, no problems 168miles to Fort Wayne. Dropped truck off at Lima Rd location without issue.
Stephen LI said the personnel was helpful but this was an after-hours return so I didn't actually encounter their staff.
Timothy BThe system you guys use to rent the vehicle is faulty. Definitely needs improvement. I couldn’t take pictures of the truck in advance onto the next task because I was stuck on just the picture part prove that and everything else will be smooth
