Trying to charge me for an extra day and I turned it in a whole day early and nobody will get back to me
Coda CWe requested a dolly which was not available at this location. It was my first experience without a store which made it more difficult to trouble shoot. If the location does not have any additional supplies other than trucks they should not allow you to choose add ons. Lock box and app did otherwise work well.
Alyx PNot available to pick up at reserved time, manager of location made a call talking to someone on the phone who told him to stop calling him back to back, just leave a message and he will get back to him when available even after he explained the customer was right in front of him. man on the phone said "I don't care who's in front of you, stop calling. Now, I guess the customer just has to wait because I am not going to call another location and do a transfer" Yes, this was all on speaker phone and I heard the conversation. manager of location had to call someone in to check me out because he wasn't authorized to work uhaul systems, rental personnel that showed up didn't know how to hook up a trailer, good thing I did. this whole interaction put me over an hour behind schedule.
