I paid in cash and it took from 11 when I dropped the trailer till after 4 to get my money back which was owed to me like I rented it for 24 hrs didn't keep it the whole time cause it wouldn't fit in my drive way so I couldn't get anything moved which I had used all my money to get it in the first place so from here on out I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN from a place I got a 7 by 10 trailer for 165 a week I will keep using them

roger sI am disappointed with this location, solely because I had to drive over 25 miles to return the trailer. I could have driven 5 miles to the Flat Rock, NC return location, but was forced to drive to this location far away from Mt Airy(which was the location I initially chose to return the trailer. ). The woman at the Dobson location was very kind, nothing wrong with her, but the location was way out of my way when a lot closer location was there.
JOHN PSam was new and not certain of all the details but her smile and great attitude made my rental flawless. Highly recommend
David ELocation was closed and has no sign indicating the current business. But the staff was helpful on the phone. And I loved that he called me back to let me know when the truck check in was complete.
