It was difficult to take pictures of the truck because bad reception. Went inside to get help and was told that this area is bad for reception to go ahead and take my own pictures. Not everyone is good at doing all transaction with their telephones, There needs to be better customer service for certain transactions so they could assist customers. Trucks should have manuals on how to program the Bluetooth connections for the phone.

Colin MThe pick up is in a busy local food store. The attendant at the time of pick up wasn't in the store. The person waiting ahead of us told us she was outside and "she works slow". When we were finally checked out we noted the price was different, that was adjusted. We were assigned a van that upon checking out we noticed a broken back door handle, filthy windows all around and quite a few dents and dings, and what looked like duct tape left on the passenger side panel. The back door handle, inside, was missing! We went back into the busy store for a third time to be given a key to another van. While that van was also dirty inside, with dirty windows all around as well it was already almost 30 min after we had started this process and we wanted to get on the road. We got back home (3 miles away) and noticed significant dripping from the front right side. Huge drops and then puddles. We called customer service and after being transferred and disconnected multiple times finally reached someone who suggested we call for roadside assistance. Almost three hours after picking up the van we were finally able to load it. We will not be using any vehicle from this location and will be sure to share our experience with others. The vans are parked under trees with something sappy covering all the windows. We tried cleaning the windows so we can see, but it's dangerous.

CHAIM RGreat interaction and quote overall but I think they were also short staffed because I had to wait for the lady for almost 10 minutes. They do need to follow their maintenance time frans and cleaning. Truck was very dirty.

I need to contact customer service for this rental because I know I received a discount for returning the truck to a different location which was an hour away from my final destination, however the charges on my card do not seems to reflect this,
John NThe truck I got was dirty and had a smell off pee. The key had issues you had to turn it on and off a bunch of times before it was able to turn on. The gas gauge was also having issues. After I filled up the tank and was in transit to drop off the gage started going back down so I had to go back to the gas station and put more gas.

jose myou have to be able to extend the rental, the customer has no control over, If one canot get a replacement truck in 2 hours, to any location you should be replaced you dont know your job. The distric manager should know where to pull resources from. This is a disgrace one have to unload a 26 footer without reaching final destination because the truck is due, NO EXTENSION ALLOW. Iam done renting from UHAUL
