The van exterior, especially the outside mirrors, were pretty dirty. Some residual paper debris in the bottom of the cup holder. This new Ford Van with only 11K miles runs pretty crappy. And I am a Ford fan. Thankfully it was only local for a few hours!

The only complaint was on the website it had stated time open 8:30 it opened at 9:00. After getting the information for the rental found out the truck I reserved was not available I had to get a smaller truck. He did give a discounted rate for mileage to try to offset the inconvenience. So overall the gentlemen that had taken care of me was very accommodating.
john mYou need to check the back of every uhaul. In the middle of the floor it gave in and caused damage to my dresser. I have video proof.
