The truck had damage to the front bumper as well as numerous other areas, It was well marked with the X sticker at least.

roberto gThe 15ft truck was somewhat clean inside, but the only situation was when I was going to add fuel the truck didn’t want to start once I turn it off. I called the location where I pick up the rental and they gave me the number to the roadside assistance.when I called they had me on hold for almost 15 minutes before I spoke to someone .then I had to wait for someone to arrive, by that time a gentleman ask me if I needed help(who was a mechanic) and figure it out, it was the starter. He finally got it to start and told me not to turn it off the truck and drive straight to the U-Haul location, so i couldn’t get any fuel. Later that day I received a call that I was going to be charged for the fuel that was not added. As a customer who rents a vehicle and put in a situation where your stuck in the heat with no air conditioning the last thing I wanted to get was a called that I was going to be charged extra.
