No improvement needed. Rose was great to deal with. The trailer performed just fine on the 3 day drive from Florida to New York. It takes a longer time since you can't go faster than 55 mph while towing it.

quinesia lRose was the best person at a business I think I’ve ever dealt with and I’m 61. She changed the date of pick up for me to one that was later than their normal hours and happily as well! She contacted me the day before to make sure nothing had changed and to confirm the time of pick up. when I arrived to pick up the equipment she was outside in less than two minutes, showing me how to hook everything up and completing the paperwork.
PETE VUHaul failed me miserably!! If it weren't for the actual people at the franchise locations ... I would not have survived this horrible experience.

GERALD FRose was excellent at communication, information, and off work hours being extremely helpful as well customer service really shined in her I want to say thank you Rose for making me more comfortable with the location and for reassuring me that it was going to be easy access in and out truck was clean and no problems and no issues. The only thing I could recommend is that there is a backup cam on the truck or a backup alert on the trucks as well due to if you are a solo person driving without a secondary person to help assist with how much backup room you have to prevent dinging the bumper or knocking into anything back behind the truck it's best if there was a backup alert that would be my only recommendation but that's on U-Haul trucks and not in on any particular location we experienced no problems and no issues on our one-way Adventure from Florida to Michigan no issues at all with the truck it was a pretty bouncy ride from what I was told even when the truck was fully packed it was still bouncy.

RAMON CHad a bad tire it shook my vehicle so bad was very rough and stressful pulling it due to how bad of a shaking. I did say something about the tires before I picked up the trailer.

Moving was overwhelming and their willingness to help the customer when I needed to change my reservation order. They accommodated me with no hesitation. I would recommend using them, they were very pleasant to work with, especially when it can be overwhelming when it comes to relocation or any moving experience.

Victor LAlthough this location was accommodating, it is unclear (at first) where the entrance is. Intact, for being on the corner of a major intersection, there's NO direct access from either major road. You have to use the nearby school access road to enter this Uhaul location.

WESLEY LRose was fantastic. I have in the past had issues with U Haul not having a truck reserved ready or in bad condition. This experience has restored my faith in U haul. I told Rose U haul has been removed from my no fly list and has been replaced there by Budget.

Carolina SI rate my customer experience a 10 on a scale of 1-10. It started with manager Jim and on the day of rental I worked with Rose. She helped calm my concerns by meeting me curbside to speed up check in and explain the procedure. My truck was clean and easy to drive. On return Rose was again outside to speed up details and make the process very pleasant.

Bobbi GLeft brake and tale light didn’t work. We fixed it. Truck was filthy/ windows and mirrors. Exhaust needed to be replaced. My truck was the loudest thing ever then go to stop or slow down sounded like a semi in down rigging. My driver and I had such a major headache for 2 days after our arrival from Lakeland Florida to Jamestown Tennessee. Our truck had no right to travel a long distance trip. Poor service. And the tires were damn near bold.

Kristine AAcknowledge the scratches and dents made by other customers before the truck leaves with the next customer. We only found the large scratch before reaching our destination. We called it in so that we would not be charged with something we did not do. All together it was a great safe ride.

Pam GMy complaint is not really with the location, but instead with UHaul. The equipment was not at all comfortable to drive, especially a long one way drive. The seats were too short (no thigh support). The floor of the cab got extremely hot keeping the cab hotter. The USB ports did not work, so I could not charge my phone, thus had no navigation ability (there was no navigation otherwise on the vehicle). There was no cruise control. There was no interface for Apple Car Play. All of this made for a miserable 12 hour drive. Then I find out that even though I had a per mile charge, when I did not use all the miles, I did not get a refund for those back at the end. Nor did I get any refund for returning the truck a day early. The location where I picked it up had nowhere to park at all. The trucks were jammed in so tight, that we had to take the only one that could be gotten out which was a 20 foot truck instead of the 15 foot truck for which we had a "guaranteed" reservation. They said it was a "free upgrade," which it technically was as we were only charged for the 15 foot that we had reserved. The 20 foot truck just cannot be parked and driven like the 15 foot truck, so it limited our ability to stop and park properly along the way as well as made it impossible to park where we needed to unload which made that more difficult as well.

Deborah RAlthough they had technically already closed on Sunday, they answered the phone when I called to see if they were still open, told us they were still there, and encouraged us to come return the truck. They were extremely friendly and helpful and met us outside. In addition, they pointed out the credit for the gas that had been given.

Brittany KI had a great rental experience for my personal move, but I will tell you that I will NEVER do the load share program ever again due to the unprofessional treatment, dismissive attitude, and lack of concern of the assistant manager at the pickup location at 3500 South Orange Ave, Orlando, FL that took me an additional 2 hours out of my personal trip to do a favor for a fellow customer of Uhaul and get compensated for my inconvenience and helpful time and effort. The expectation of the pickup was inaccurate and I showed up at 7:20 AM, when location opens at 7 AM, but was told the guy "Gary" doesn't get there until 8 AM and I would need to wait or come back, then we came back at 8:05 and after asking several times in between other customers, I get I will need to "wait a minute" because there are other priorities in front of my needs. So, I decided to leave without helping Uhaul, a fellow customer, and being compensated for my time, gas, and effort and aggravation. Horrible. That location should be looked at and this program although, seems really nice on the surface, will not succeed with this kind of service.

Roberto MTo begin, reserving the uhaul trailer on line was easy. I picked the size of the trailer and then picked the date and location to pick the trailer up. Next I picked the drop off location. That was easy and the only thing positive about my experience. I was called the night before I was to pick up the trailer and informed that the pick up location that I had chosen did not have trailers and that I had to go to another location 45 minutes away. So I went to the new location and what a nightmare. The only trailer there looked like it had gone thru a war!. The representative came out to greet me and informed me I was 30 minutes late. I told her about the location change and how hard it was to get to this location. I asked her what trailer was there for me and she pointed to the one I had serious doubts about. I started laughing and said I doubt that thing will make the trip. She pointed to the side of the trailer at a small area and said that’s the number for roadside assistance. How reassuring that was. Since I didn’t have any other choice I took the trailer. It was dirty, paint was blistered and peeling off and I was unsure of the tires. Quite frankly I was embarrassed to tow it behind my car. Thankfully we made the trip ok. Drop off was easy.

Carl POriginal rental was no longer available so we were sent to this location. We normally choose larger locations due to time constraints and larger inventory. Personnel was as accommodating as possible due to previous customer being overdue on returning their rental, thus making us late.
JENNY BElectronic Issues took over half an hour to get the contract pulled up in the system and she tried on multiple devices. No real or clear entrance to the place. It appears to be a closed body shop
