I was charged the $14 insurance fee even though I didn't request it when I booked online. It was added at the pickup location and I asked that it be taken off. He made a note on the paperwork, but the credit card charge was not reversed nor was any refund issued.

Worst experience I've ever had. The manager Kevin was ZERO help. I wasted my entire day because their truck was not serviced correctly and kept dying on me. ZERO customer service. I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone!

we were concerned about the truck leaking due to the fact we were aware we were going to be in rain during our move, we were assured there would be no issues. we had a flat tire while the truck was in our driveway 3 hours after we got it to our house. then when we unloaded the truck we had 2 wet boxes and 1 couch with water damage, no damage to items in boxes. we were informed today that there is not a leak in the truck and the claim was denied. all i requested was to have my couch cleaned, thankfully we wrapped the item in boxes well because 1 of the boxes contained our computer.

Had 2 issues. The 24 hour drop off procedure was not told to me so in confusion I took truck back with me and dropped off next day. Also store hours on site did not match actual hours.
