Wonderful cutomer Service! Very accomodating just in a really tight location. I would not be able to get there with my motorhome. Ended up renting a truck to move the dolly to my location. I did find a store close to me but could not guarantee that I would have a dolly when I needed it. It also cost me double to rent in Florida for the return than it did in Wiconsin

William SIdeal Wheels was fine. No issues at all and very friendly. However, this was not my original droop-off point. It was supposed to be u-haul moving and storage of Lakeland, and when I arrived I was told they had too many of the 15’ trucks that I rented, and refused to accept the truck. They gave me an address of an U-Haul 10 minutes down the street and told me to drop it off there. What the hell? Why is this my problem and why do I have to drive it there! Iwas meeting my family for lunch after I dropped off the truck, and having to drive to a new location kept them waiting for 1/2 hour because u-haul can’t competently manage their fleet resources. If I rent a truck fro you again, i will drop the truck off after hours so the destination can’t refuse it and I won’t be inconvenienced. I am extremely disappointed in u-haul, and that is an understatement!

Danielle SWhen I picked up the rental, the auto transport trailer lights were not working. I had to return to the rental location to get them fixed. There were several issues with the auto transport trailer, including one tire had to be replaced mid-trip because it blew out, rolled onto the side of the road, and caused a fire; one of the loading ramps came completely out of the trailer when initially attempting to load my vehicle and the same ramp was lost in a construction zone because the latch was defective. The latch on the other ramp gave way on the highway multiple times and I had to pull over to return the ramp to its stowed position.

Marcy PThe return location wasn’t very clear and I had to improvise since the actual spot I picked up was now full. Also the app didn’t allow me to change the gas gauge and only stayed at 3/4 full when in fact the gauge shows it at 7/8ths and you charged me for the gas I just filled up.
