Location is good, environment is okay. Service is great and hours are convenient.

I reserved 2 furniture dolly but only 1 is available. Pick up office was really small (which is totally fine) but one staff was smoking the whole time behind us in that tight space while we were there. Could not breathe. Definitely very different from our usual U Hual location on E University Champaign which is clean and neat. Try not to book from this location. They park their trucks very near to one another making it extremely difficult to pull out.

CATHERINE SUhaul sign very small, no other uhaul trucks here at this mechanic’s shop, address not able to be found using apple maps, man who answered phone had such a thick foreign accent that it was impossible to understand his explanation of where they are located, internet page says this location closes at 5p… but they were not closed.
