We went during open timings but door was locked. We called the number on google and person answered, which was helpful, and told us to drop off key. If we didn't do self-checkout express option then we would have been charged for any expense as no U-Haul representative was there to verify. U-Haul should clarify checkout procedure at this location as it was different than the representative told us at the place we picked truck up.Monica R.

Someone needs to be there not a locked office . Pick up time was 10 don't show up close to 11. Tried to have me drive opposite direction to another place 20 to 30 min farther when I called up but won't companise on milage charge! I would choose another location.richard B.

There was no key in the lockbox because they never prepared the equipment for me the night before. The owner arrived 45 mins late after my initial reservation time and did not apologize or show remorse for the poor experience I have received so far. He simply found the key and gave it to me. Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone ever. They should close down for being so unfriendly and terrible at renting equipment.Vishal P.

I showed up at the time scheduled for my pickup and the building was locked. No one arrived for an hour and half. When I returned later to return the keys, the door was locked again and no one was there. This was at 3:30, when the stated hours were until 6:00. I was then charged for keeping it an extra day because I left the keys in the drop box.John W.
I had a great experience until the very end of the transaction. I found out that I was charged $10 for coverage, which I never ordered. So, I wasn't happy about that. I asked Louie to help and he said he would call U-Haul and see if they can reimburse me for the $10.00. But I still have not received the $10 back. That's the one issue I am not happy about.Andy W.

This was the most miserable check out experience. Start to finish was 45 minutes. I had trouble with safari. So I went to the door of the office and it was locked. I called customer service. Thankfully Caleb guided me through downloading the app. Then, I couldn't get the lock on the lock box to open. Caleb called the office. No one answered. I started banging on the door. Finally someone came out and said: yeah, that lock is hard. To top it all off, they didn't have the furniture dolly I had reserved. And the guy shrugged and said: we never have them.Bari E.
