It was very easy to pickup the truck using mobile pickup.
Shashi RThey were not open as advertised. No one was available until after ten to help take the trailer off the hitch. It seems that the actual normal hours of opening is much later than 9z
Tanis FBooked online but customer rep was not there when I arrived at the booking time. Had to go back an hour later. Said he didn’t have the info even though it showed clearly on the app. Coupling came loose on the highway and trailer came off the hitch. Extremely dangerous as trailer does not have indicator or hazard lights.Both my life and my wife’s were endangered by an unsafe trailer as cars came close to crashing into the back of trailer. Happy to return the trailer will never use U-Haul again. Should not be allowed to operate. Customers beware!
