Customer service was awful. Location charged for CDW even when I asked to not pay for it. Tried to call to request a refund. They will not answer the phone. Avoid this location.

Rich L.Someone needs to be there not a locked office . Pick up time was 10 don't show up close to 11. Tried to have me drive opposite direction to another place 20 to 30 min farther when I called up but won't companise on milage charge! I would choose another location.
richard B.There was no key in the lockbox because they never prepared the equipment for me the night before. The owner arrived 45 mins late after my initial reservation time and did not apologize or show remorse for the poor experience I have received so far. He simply found the key and gave it to me. Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone ever. They should close down for being so unfriendly and terrible at renting equipment.
