The interior of the van can be cleaned more, especially under the steering wheel have way too much sands and small pieces of dirt, it just makes me think that the interior of the van has NOT been wipe down, and NOT been vacuuming , at the time of COVID-19 pandemic now, it's very concerning!!!

The uhaul I rented which was one of the 15foot trucks died and would turn back on after loading. The battery had to be jumped and the car had to stay on the whole trip

For one customer service, when I drop the vehicle off at 10:45 pm, I was treated very poorly. He spoke very nasty to me. He would not help answer no questions. When I pick up the rental around 5:30 the first guy was very nice. It I had drop the vehicle off to same person I picked the car up from m, I would have recommended that location. But after my experience, I will never rent from that place again m.

There are some issues at the drop off location, which they can't see my record on their system. Took me 30 minutes to return the van and they said I might need to pay extra fee for dropping off at the wrong location. I would like a follow up if there is any further problem of this trip, thank you.

I have already called and complained, the operator at this site did not answer my questions and rushed me out. He actually slammed the door on me and said "get the fuck out of here." He also sent me to the wrong truck. so i had to go back in after the fact and have him send me to the right truck

When I was picking up the truck I asked what will happen if I kept it longer than what I reserved. They told me that it would not be a problem and that I was only going to be charged extra. I did keep it for 4 hours longer, and when I returned it, they suggested I keep it for the next day because I was planning to book another one. I was very thankful for that. However, in the morning when I came to get it again, the owner started complaining about how I cannot do that because the truck has been booked already, and now he will have to send those people to a different location. I tried to explain to him that it was not my fault but he kept ranting. Even when I came back to return it, he continued his rant about how inconvenient it was to send other people to a different location. That was extremely unprofessional, especially coming from the owner. The truck was filthy inside; absolutely disgusting. On top of everything, the owner charged me $7 extra for the dolly that I did not use the second day. I tried calling several times to talk to them about that, but nobody ever picks up the phone. Terrible experience.

I returned the truck on the 28th around 10:20 pm, but somehow it was not entered into the system until the next noon. As a result, I was charged for a late fee plus the coverage cost. This should not have happened.

The truck was dilapidated. The door on the passenger is very damaged. In any event, the staff was very friendly and courteous. That matters a lot these days when even when you're paying for a service, the people responsible for customer service act as treating you with respect is a gift.

The gentleman who took me to my truck was great. Since it was my first time driving a UHaul, he patiently showed me how to open the latch (and switched trucks when the first one had a stuck latch), and turned my UHaul around so I could head towards my destination. Returning the Uhaul was smooth and easy at the counter - I left it at the gas station where I had just filled it up (this location is in a gas station) and another gentlemen checked out my order and quickly sent me a receipt.

The guy gave did not want to give me the cargo van as I booked Then, he gave me a van with low oil pressure and when I told him he said it is ok and no worry but I insisted not to continue with that van so he changed it after debates he did not even want to print the reservation saying he did not have papers and ask me to check my email then I insisted to print it for me and surprisingly he had the papers It is one of the worst experience you can had with u-haul Please do not pick up at this location at all

The only downside of this location is that it is a bit difficult to enter/exit given the very busy roads and frequent need to left-turn across traffic. It would be helpful if it were possible to return the cars to the right/southbound side of Van Dam St. Separately, our original reservation (at a different location) was not fulfilled and we had to switch our reservation to Imbaba Station at the last minute. While the switch was a major inconvenience and disrupted/delayed our moving plans, this was of no fault of the Imbaba Station employees and they provided excellent service.

I reserved a van and there was NO van at the location. I had to choice but to take a small cube truck (9' height) and pay the higher mileage rate. Other than that, the rental was fine

The website was maintenance When I picked my truck. So I had to wait like an hour to get my vehicle, which almost made me not be able to move to the new apartment on time. The guy in the front desk was friendly and nice, although he could not fix the website problem.

I felt really nervous getting my truck from a gas station and not a branded location. The attendant got an error when checking me out and insisted that I was the reason for it until he got it figured it out. Because he was also responsible for maintaining the gas station, he couldn't show me the truck or tell me anything about it. If I had any other option, I'd likely avoid repeating this experience, though everything fortunately ended up working out for me.

There was barely any gas in the van when I picked it up, and the gas tank was blinking empty. I filled it up as the Uhaul representative also the gas station cashier/representative, and I paid him directly for the gas as I got the sign to pay the cashier inside. I think it is very unprofessional that he has access to gas but didn't fill up the tank, and it delayed my pickup as I had to wait to fill up gas first. And you don't get any money back when you refill it more than you found it. Uhaul should make sure that it's full so there aren't any issues as I felt that this was unfair and unprofessional.

Hard to find as it is in a gas station. Better signage needed. Also construction made it necessary for us to get the workers to move equipement before we could get the truck out. That should have been addressed before we came.

U-haul needs to lower the daily insurance price. $25 a day is outrageous! $25 plus tax a day, for 30 days, is nearly $900. $900 a month for insurance? That's ridiculous! Who pays $900 a month for insurance? That's like paying another rent for a residence! They really need to lower their insurance price because people are going to start doing the math and realizing that they are paying way too much for vehicle that's not even theirs! Nobody would ever pay that much money on their own car insurance, they shouldn't have to pay that much for a U-Haul rental, especially when you as a business are doing far better financially than the majority of the people in this world, you can afford it! You definitely afford lowering the prices, it's not going to hurt you that much financially!

Agent was polite and answered my concerns. The UHaul is colocated with a Dunkin Donuts, therefore it was congested. Regardless of congestion, I needed a 10 ft truck.

He falsified the receipt and told the bill was created by uhaul and that its my right to call customer service and demand my money back. Fraud and a thief looking to cause me sickness over my own money because I went and did business with uhaul.

The alignment on the rental truck was trash making driving this vehicle dangerous. It's a shame that you allow this hot piece of garbage to take the road. Anything for a buck, right? I will not recommend anyone to rent from this company. Picking up the truck was easy and the "clerk" was accommodating and easy to deal with.

Horrible experience, I had the same issue twice in 48 hours. I reserved a 10 inch both days and I go to pick it up and there is no truck available. Meanwhile my movers are waiting and im paying for them!! Horrible. Never using uhaul again so unreliable. I called their 1800 number nobody would pick up to help. I reserved a new truck at a nearby location, i go there and no truck again. What kind of dinosaur tech are you using you cant even track your own inventory. Never again
