Mobile pickup could not be completed. I had to go inside to the desk to get a key, and the staff was very helpful, but the UHaul website interface was abysmal and incredibly unclear, stating only “Pending Charges” with no instructions as to how to finish picking up my rental. Truck Share customer service was helpful, but there was no reason the website should have been so useless.

LEONARDO RThe two employees I talked to were polite, but there was one problem with the equipment. I tried to adjust the driver-side mirror, but as soon as I started driving, it would begin to tilt downwards. I informed an employee of this when I returned the car, and he didn't say anything to confirm that he would look into it. The equipment was otherwise clean and well maintained; it was just that one issue.
