I paid for furniture pads and a dolly that were never put in the truck. Sadly I didn't check before I left the station, and when I got home I found nothing. Such a disappointment.

This location should be shut down. I arrived to find a place where the manager wasn't even on premises although the store had opened 2 hours before. I've read comments and this seems to happen often. Once the manager arrived, he was combative with the customer ahead of me asking what the customer if he had a problem (the customer, imo, was rightfully upset as he had waited for over 60 minutes for the manager to show up. Uhaul should be embarrassed that this store is making them look so bad.

Worst experience ever. My husband and I were told the van would be ready at 8:30 am. We didn't get our truck until at least an hour later. Then when we finally got the keys it was to a large moving truck. Not what we asked for. The truck's gas level was not documented accurately. the agent is very late .i am schedule to pick up at 9:00am am .but the agent arrive at 10:30 am .ang i get the truck at 11:00 am .

What a miserable experience. I reserved a van and a dolly several days in advance, and received neither. I performed 'express check-in' on my way to the location, and when I arrived the employee was unable to process the rental. It was clear that he did not know how to do the job. An hour later his boss took over. I was given a truck instead of a van, and with no dolly. The larger truck and lack of dolly caused me to change my plans, taking more time with greater difficulty, and for a higher cost overall. As a customer I felt I had no control over the experience, and I have received indifference from UHaul About the experience.

Absolutely one of the worst return experiences I've had with Uhaul. The attendant did not read the gas gauge right and was trying to charge extra for fuel. This led to multiple calls to customer service, over an hour wait to return the vehicle and very rude treatment by the attendant. I will not be going back to this location unless something there changes.

Morning shift employee showed up 90 minutes late. Many cancellations. For those who stuck around, many did not have equipment available. There were two customers with a 15' truck reservations and one truck available. The employee encouraged us to fight it out amongst ourselves as to who would get the truck. I will be submitting a more formal complaint by mail and requesting compensation.

we had a reservation for 9 AM. other people had a reservation for 8 AM. the person in charge did not show up until 9:30. Then they could not work out the reservation system.

Actually have trucks prepared for the reservation and not lie and direct the customer to 3 more pick up destinations claiming they have trucks when they dont. Tweeted and got a response from uhaul customer service with a reference number 1429425, never got a response. I will never use uhaul again.

When returning the truck the representative did not offer a receipt. I ended up being charged for a dolly, pads and gas. Thankfully, customer service has remedied the invalid charges. It was a good rental experience. Thanks!!
