- Mileage is expensive. - It's lame that you attach the hand cart to the inside of the truck, taking up cargo room. If I move the cart so that I can fully utilize the cargo area, I'll get charged. - You are always my last resort for truck rental due to practices like moving my reservation to someplace 30 miles away, forcing me to pay extra mileage to get the equipment from Timbuktu to where I need it, and back. - In fairness, I had a great experience with a regional rep on the phone who helped me find the equipment I needed near by. Amy? Anyway, five stars for her.

Donna PTruck battery seemed a little weak? Drove three hrs (so well charged) then had flashers (only) on for 4hrs while loading. Truck struggled to start, battery very low. Seems unreasonable for a loading truck.
FREDERICK BTrouble navigating the process to pick up. Had to have assistance over the phone. Took nearly 45 minutes. Wouldn't let me just pick up vehicle, tried to make me do a new reservation. App is very cumbersome. Needs to be more user friendly.
