ATIF AI have rented U-Haul trailers from Imperial Storage for many years. Every single time we pick up the equipment the folks are so nice and extremely helpful. They hook up the trailer, check the lights and make sure if we have any questions. There are other places closer to my home to get trailers, but I will always choose this location and give this team my business. Thank you again for your superior attention.

JINESH MHonestly, this is the second time since relocating to Texas that I’ve picked up a U-Haul from Imperial Storage, and if I hadn’t moved to Conroe, they would undoubtedly remain my trusted go-to spot. Scott and David are consistently incredibly helpful and understanding. They treat me with such grace, care, and professionalism that I genuinely appreciate every interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone in need of a U-Haul!
Feneshia HAfter reserving online for a 10:00 a.m. appointment I showed up to be told they didn't have my equipment. So they started to research where I could pick it up somewhere else. In that time frame, someone came and returned what I was waiting for. So they rented it out to me. The bottom of the trailer was very muddy so I had to personally clean it out before I could even load my stuff in it. When I returned the equipment, I told the worker that it was muddy. They told me, and I quote,"yeah they all are, you can just expect that". I will actively avoid using that location again.
STEPHEN HOnly issues were turning in truck after hours. Website failed to load with Chrome, had to use Firefox on my phone. Website would not allow uploading of pictures from gallery and had to take pictures again, if uhaul requires pictures directly uploaded and not saved pictures, you need to take that option away from the phone. GET A QR CODE for the website and put it with he equipment or add it to the lease agreement

BRIAN PI ordered the Uhaul rental online. When I came to pick it up, they did not have the 2 dollies that I ordered. If I had known that they didn'[t have 2 dollies, I would have gone to another Uhaul. They were good enough to allow us to use the one at the store.
KEITH CI thoroughly enjoyed my experience with this location being able to make a reservation on short notice and it was transferred to this location to ensure availability worked out great for me. I let my anxiety of having to move my things quickly distract me from properly assessing the truck from beginning to end which resulted in an over charge but was taken care of by the store. Thanks 😊
Chris NI tried to return the truck Sunday at 10:26 AM and when I pushed on the link since the location was closed, it would not allow me to proceeded and said it had expired. Please note that the truck was returned on time actually before it was due, so no need to charge for two days.check cameras.

DIANNE SI kept the truck for an additional day because I was still moving. Instead of calling me directly according to the number on file, U-haul called my distant sister that had nothing to do with the rental to tell her I was late retiring the truck. Please remove the contact information of Jeannie Coleman from any files or points of contact.effective immediately.

GREGORY BSignage is confusing. Stop sign and equipment return sign is placed immediately on entering the parking lot. I complied and walked to the office door, which wasn't well marked. There is no need to stop so far from the office.
DANA AWhen I arrived there was no attendant. There was a buzzer that customers needed to press to let them know a customer is at the counter. Pressed it twice. No one came. Waited about 15 minutes before someone finally arrived and took care of my reservation. I was in a hurry so would appreciate an attendant be available at all times.
EDGAR LThere was a difference in tire inflation, one wheel was pumped 74 about the other deflated 43 we are talking about the rear wheels, the front ones were fine
OLEKSII TStrap was ripped on auto transport trailer I was rented and was charged for a whole extra day of rental. My reservation was set for 6:45pm, I picked up the vehicle around 6:30 but I was not informed that since I picked up at 6:30 i had to drop it off by 6:30. I was under the assumption I had 24 hours starting from the reservation time I set. Will no longer be using U-Haul services nor will I recommend to friends or family.

ADEBOWALE Anew guy on staff didn't really know what to do but everyone starts somewhere. Kind of pissed that I didn't know about the mileage charge and noone said anything about this either. All good.
Craig GThe 6 x12 trailer I rented apparently had brake failure- which resulted in overheating of the wheels. This lead to one tire catching fire! The three other wheels were also very hot, a leading indicator it was a systematic braking failure. I was stranded on the roadside and fortunately aided by local friendly drivers, fire department, and police. The rental location obviously did not properly inspect or maintain the trailer before renting it out.

MOUSSA MI have rented the pick-up truck from this location before and the experience was great. This last time not so much. The truck was absolutely filthy. I tried to upload the photos but the website was not working properly. When I got in and saw how absolutely gross it was I immediately went back in and advised the worker and his response was " Oh they get a little dirty but don't worry we won't charge you."My response was " Oh I know you won't because I didn't do this". He never once looked at it or even offered to clean the truck before I got it. This has never happened the many, many times I have rented with uhual. It was quite disappointing. I will chalk this up to being an isolated incident. I would still rent from this location again. Hopefully this never happens again.
Jane LI was having a horrible experience just trying to reserve a 1-way rental and had my reservation switched a couple of times by uhaul. I was finally sent all the way to Imperial Storage15500 Voss Rd Ste 100A Sugar Land, TX 77498, that was 38 minutes out of the original pickup area. I get to Imperial Storage, and they tell me they can't find the key to the 15-foot unit and would need to put me in a 10 foot. The 15' was the only reason I went all the way out there. A couple return a unit about 30 minutes later and I was able to leave with my 15 footer. This whole experience delayed my plans for the day and I had to pay extra fuel at time of the return for all the extra mileage I had to drive.

CHUKWUEMEKA OI have rented a van multiple times from this location before and never had an issue but this particular van was not idea at all. The inside was the dirtiest I've seen in a U-Haul before. It wasn't unbearable but I'm just used to seeing the interior cleaner and more upkept than this. Secondly, I could not adjust the mirrors and the passenger side mirror was wrapped up in clear tape (which I didn't see when doing the check-in while focusing on the side as a whole). Also, the visors would not clip so they would fall with any bump in the road, resulting with one of them obstructing the view while I drove. So, I would say this was van wasn't the safest to drive because of these issues.
MICHAEL Oeven though I returned the cargo when within the time limit I had reserved, they charged me an extra $39.90 for one more day I had to call twice to u-haul customer service it was a really bad experience next time I am either renting from home-depot or some other place
NABILAHMED PWe rented the trailer for 5 days. We picked it up on Thursday Night and returned to the destination on Saturday. The gentlemen asked me to pull into the gated area where he unhitched me and said have a good day. I asked if I needed a check out sheet or anything and he said NO. Then on Tuesday I got a text saying to finish my drop off and when I did I got charged for an additional 6th day. I don't mind paying the 5 days as reserved but adding an extra day when I dropped it off in 3 days makes no sense. Very Frustrated and upset!!!
CHAD LI visited extra 2 places to get the dolly already resevered in my rental reservation. That's why I drived extra 38 miles and I paid for that, even lack of dolly is not my fault. You already changed my actual location for truck.

CAROLYN LTruck was not available when I arrived and I reserved in advanced. Never received key code and had to call customer service for a new truck which still took over an hr with multiple complications. Dolly never received but was charged for it. Customer service said to pick up dolly at any U-Haul location but nothing available and had to make new reservation just for dolly. Still no dolly. Horrible experience.

MARK BThe rental was fine, it’s the accounting side that is the issue. This location likes to squeeze in hidden fees that they don’t tell tell you about, even though they told you to do it. For instance, my return date was at 3:45 on a Sunday, and he said he knew he would be closed but to drop it there in the parking lot because he’s got several cameras watching the trailers. He didn’t mention there would be some $20 service fee for after hours nor was it in the contract. Further, my invoice says I drop the trailer at two minutes over from when I was supposed to return it. This is also false. I have photo and video evidence of me dropping my trailer at 1:30 PM on Sunday afternoon. Yeah, it’s only $20, but I would be careful here with the hidden fees. I still have yet to get a refund for the late charge.
