First truck showed low tire pressure, so had to get a different truck. Second truck was physically fine as I drive off the lot, but quickly discovered it has a VERY hard shift into second gear. Other than that, truck was fine. Experience at the location was fine. They were out of appliance dollies which I had requested.

The cigarette smell was pretty bad. Maybe have some non=smoking trucks.
MICHAEL BHad a wait to check out and back in…. A little short staffed, but very nice and friendly.
KYEL HI had to wait to even see an employee for about 15 minutes. Waited 5 minutes when I got there, then I pushed the Ring bell for service that is on the counter the first time. Waited another 5 minutes, then pushed it again. Waited another 5 minutes, then decided to try to call. Once it was ringing, then 2 employees come out at the same time. When I set my appointment for a certain time, I was on a tight schedule, and that just put me back. I just feel there should at least be 1 employee at the counter if there are more than one working.
