Truck was very old model with alot of scratches and dents even though I too full coverage. Didn't like the truck at allAbdul M.

The truck I rented had electrical issues and the dash gauges worked only a 3rd of time.Scott W.
When it was time for us to drop off the truck. I called various locations to verify where to drop them off. They all stated they are not able to take it and that they were not the location for our drop off. So again, had to call customer service and ask because it was not in the order provided to us either. All it said was Sugar Land, TX. But no one let us drop it off on their lot. Then CSR should have provided us with the information on how to do the drop-off. Which was never done. It was on the contract but at least give a heads up. You don't know if you are dealing with customers that are not tech-savvy to understand. Give OPTIONS!.alberto A.

All trucks should have ramps! Please don't stock trucks without ramps. They had one 10' truck to rent and guess what of course it would be the one without a ramp.Oscar J.

Dirty truck, didn't have any gas in it (seriously, the needle was on E and the low gas light was on) and the dolly & furniture pads I ordered weren't there. Also, can't seem to get a refund for the gas. World's best Penske salesmen!John C.

The staff there especially Karthick, Wesley and Rosalie were helpful! They made it easy to rent, they connected it to my vehicle and were careful it was safe and my lights were working. I like this place. They are helpful and friendly.Laura F.

There was normal wear and tear to the vehicle, but overall clean and easy to operate. The a/c was in excellent working order and we were very thankful for it's presence. The only downfall for a 10' truck was the lack of a ramp.Jennifer R.

Glad I found this location on short notice. My reservation was at 8:30am at a Uhaul location at JT's Tire Shop, 2002 1st Street, Rosenberg TX. Got there and there were people working on tires but they said owner had to do Uhaul rentals. Owner was not at office yet. Finally at about 9 am I left and found the great location at Imperial Storage. Since JT Tire Shop is unable and unwilling to actually rent Uhaul equipment, UHaul needs to terminate this location.Gary S.
No overnight parking for my personal car which made it very inconvenient for me, plus they did not give me a furniture dolly even though I reserved one. Also, the front desk Asst Manager was rude and not answering any questions.Haider A.

Charged me hundreds of dollars after they accepted the truck and trailer I turned in. Uhaul says its a local decision and can't help me with charges. This is a large Ubaul center but can't take a car trailer or 20' truck.Bryan S.

Have the computer system work! I spent 2 hours waiting for them to be be able to give me the truck I prepaid for. They had IT remote in and they couldn't fix it. After 2 hours of waiting and back and forth rhe employee called the traffic desk who with a click of a button got it released! That 2 hour loss cost me $350!!! I hired moving people. I was told by the location employee a cat file had been opened with the traffic desk and customer care. He said he asked for a full refund of the truck rental for all of the issues. He said someone would call within 24 hours.. guess what no phone call was received. Someone needs to call me and refund this or not only will I dispute the charges I will file a complaint corporately, with the BBB and with any other agency I can fiind!!Â¡Dennis B.

I was charged for two extra days because the person who checked me in decided to be lazy and check my rental in 4 days after I dropped it off then lied and said the charge was because it was the â€œwrong drop off locationâ€! Hire people who aren't lazy is what you can do to improve.Tyler H.
