Excellent customer service! The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Every delivery and pickup was preceded by a confirmation call, which I really appreciated. The flexibility they provided made it easy to plan my move according to my schedule.

I put 5 gallons of gas in this truck when I returned it. I only drove it 55 miles. They informed me they added an additional 4 gallons at a cost of $17. That means it got 6 miles to the gallon. The load was not heavy as the back of the truck was never even opened. I purchased the $1000000 liability insurance also. It was extremely expensive with the business acting as shurd sales people instead of fixed price businesses seeing to the customers need.

The Dc I picked up was completely embarrassing I took pictures of the truck before I left the lot. The interior was covered in chicken grease and Coca Cola dirt sand and stone. Same as inside the unit itself. As we traveled up the road my son followed me. the DC threw rocks dirt or gravel. Later found of it on the ramp as we pulled it out of the truck dumping stone into the yard. I worked for U-Haul once and this certainly wasn’t the standard

I have rented here in the past. This place is a model of how a facility should look, be staffed and stocked. Very clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Fill trucks to a minimum of 1/2 tank of fuel. By doing this it will make it easier to pick up and get started. This would also help for locations not close to or easy access to gas stations.

Biggest compliment is trailers should have good condition tires. The last 3 times I’ve rented trailers I have had tire issues.

We will miss in a pinch in Martinsville In. We have rented uhaul trucks from them in the past and it has always went smoothly. And thanks to uhaul we never had issues with the trucks we rented. Always worked for what we needed without any hassle.

Trailer was not ready,(fender was out) at fist location. I have to drive 30 miles to get different one.

We picked our rental up at 4:30pm, which was a 24-hour rental. We were never told differently; nor told a time the truck had to be back. After leaving the business, and after they had closed, we received a text saying our rental was due back by 1pm the next day. In the middle of the craziness of moving a four-bedroom house, I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone verifying we had our rental for 24-hours.

The added expenses that are added on was not communicated before renting. Speaking of the safe trip and rental tax. This would probably not have kept me from renting but would have been nice to know. At return just handed them the paperwork and was told I would get a receipt.

When I arrived at the store, I told the woman who assisted that I needed an appliance dolly (I had originally requested a standard dolly in error, as I had encountered glitches with website while ordering, the cursor jumping around and things I had clicked not registering or switching). In store, I apologized for the changes, explaining I had encountered some issues with the website, and said I had to move one particularly heavy item and didn’t think MY dolly would work, as it had no straps. (I made it clear I already had a standard dolly at the move site) I had also apparently ordered moving mats during the glitchy online process, which I didn’t need, and asked those be removed. The employee made the adjustments (or so I thought) repeated back my order, confirming truck size, approximate mileage, selected insurance, appliance dolly, and no mats. I confirmed verbally before she finalized the order and printed off the paperwork for signature. However, when I got to my destination, I found only a standard dolly. I called the store and the man who answered placed me on hold, then returned to say that was what I had ordered. Upon reviewing the receipt, I saw this was indeed what was listed, despite my assurance of the change. As feared, I was, in fact, unable to move the heavy vintage Coke machine up the ramp with the standard dolly and was forced to drive to a cousin’s house to borrow his appliance dolly, which added mileage to the truck and resulted in additional rental expense. I absolutely admit I should have confirmed the actual paperwork before signing, but assumed all was correct, as the entire order was verbally confirmed. However, I did feel as though admission of a mistake or apology was in order, as I have no doubt the woman at the counter was well aware I had requested an appliance dolly, as I had specifically explained WHY I needed one with straps. Apart from this error, and the glitchy ordering process (which very well might’ve been due to my phone, not the website) the process was seamless and the truck was clean and well-maintained and I encountered no issues.

Returning the trailer was so easy! One man quickly looked me up online, while the other went out to remove the trailer from the hitch. I think I was there maybe 5 min total. Kind and professional staff.

Fantastic service & they made the rental service smooth and easy. Even though this location is in the next town over (they were the only ones that had a truck the size we needed) we will use them again in the future & recommend them to anyone looking for a U-Haul.

I rented this trailer to help with my move. While backing it in at the new house, the rear passenger side tire blew out. The tire did not look dry rotted or low on air, so I don’t believe it was a lack of inspection or maintenance. As far as I know, I was still charged the full amount. A portion back would’ve been nice. Getting service for this was a great experience though. A repair person was there within a new hours though and I didn’t have anymore issues.

Was there to unpack a U-box. As luck would have it... in the midst of a thunderstorm. In-A-Pinch folks accommodated by allowing me to unload the U-Box indoors. TOTALLY AWESOME! definite 5 stars
