We were not towing anything and the truck was set for towing. It was very difficult to drive and keep on the road. Very fortunate that we didn't wreck or cause one. The men at our drop off location explained it to us.

They were very helpful. They hooked it up and checked out all the lights. I didn't even have to back it up to get started down the road. We don't get that kind of service in Bloomington. I pulled into the one down by menards. They wouldn't give me a price and told me to call the Toll free number and they didn't have time to mess with me just now. Their lot was full of 5 by 8's which I wanted to rent.

Everything was fine with the service but the truck had a very foul odor inside. Had to keep the windows down on a very hot day because it smelled so bad.

My issue is not with the pickup location, but with the UHaul company. I requested a pick-up location that would be convenient for our move and was told that would be our pick up location. 2 days before we were told we had to pick up the truck in a different city which was 40 miles away, and that ended up costing us time, fuel, and additional miles. I will use a different company the next time my family moves.

Very professional establishment. This location is run with precision with all people hustling to help with friendly attitude. Your corporate Uhaul stores should take notice of places like this one.

Nothing! They were so friendly and helpful on the phone and when I picked up the trailer. Great customer service! We will definitely use them again.

Stop charging for the first 40 miles. To be required to pay more than 37 Dollars to drive a total of 54 miles is unconscionable. Will look to another company when I must rent in-town in the future.

The uhaul company needs to get its act together. The trailer I reserved at bobs was not there, I had to drive 20 miles to pick up the size that I reserved ( yes uhaul confirmed my reservation ). They chose to ignore the agreement. Shame on you. I'll see if I can find any other rental before selecting uhaul. One note. Where I picked up the trailer did a wonderful job and they should be commended by uhaul for their customer service

Maybe should have customer inspect truck/van with an employee and note any "damage" before the customer leaves the business. That way it would cut down on disputes about cleanliness of damages to the truck between the customer and Uhaul.

I feel terrible that I had to keep the truck an extra day, causing an inconvenience for In a Pinch Rental to get it to a promised customer the next day, however the way that it was handled by the In a Pinch rental customer service person was wrong. I received a very immature and childish response. I knew I was in the wrong, but could not do anything about it. In good faith, I returned the truck with a full tank of gas, even though I only needed to fill half. I didn't even open the two bags of blankets I purchased and left them in the truck. I've been a customer of In a Pinch rental for years, have used them a ton and love their service. I'll just say that I was taken back by the employee's tone and response to me when things didn't necessarily go his way. That can sometimes be telling. TBD.

Uhaul should offer a 4 hour rental and then if it's not back in 4hrs you be charged the full day.The last 3 times I have rented uhaul I needed it for short time then stupid me I take back and it allows uhaul to rerent and make double money .

Not charge to return a trailer at a different location, I rented a trailer at Martinville and wanted to return it in indianapolis and was told it would cost me a extra 63 dollars to do so don't think that's right

When we got the Uhaul home and started to load it my husband opened the back door and wee had to sweep it out before using it because there were leaves and dirt in the back. There was also a lot of drops of dried blood inside the back of the truck and down the ramp. This was so disgusting. We had to lay a bunch of boxes down before loading our stuff to keep the dried blood off our stuff. The store didn't even act like they cared. They said I don't see how that could happen, we clean them. They acted like they didn't believe us that it was in there when we picked it up. They didn't offer for us to look at the truck when we picked it up so we didn't find the blood till we were home. I think this is unsanitary and we shouldnt have been compensated for the facted we had to sweep it out first and cover the blood up before we could even move.
