The pick up location was great. The lady at Jake's Body Shop was very nice and pleasant. U-Haul however is probably the worse company I have ever done business with! They changed my pick up location 3x within the first 12 hrs of making the reservation. Then, at the final pick up location, my day and time of pick up had to be changed. I confirmed my drop off several times and when I went to drop it off- Uhaul had my location in the system wrong!! When I called them, they could not change the location in the system to reflect where I was at for drop off. Many more details to list here but I dont have the energy because I'm exhausted from this company!! Will never use UHaul again, ever!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck started leaking oil profusely after 45 minutes on the highway. Barely made it to our location after putting multiple quarts of oil in said truck just to complete the move.
