This location was easy to find and the employees were friendly. My only concern is that I called the 800 # regarding after hours drop off, confirmed they accept after hours drop off, was sent a video on exactly how to do it, but when I arrived (just before close) I noticed a large sign that read, “do not drop equipment off after hours” or something to that effect. It would have concerned me quite a bit if I hadn’t arrived during operating hours. I forgot to ask about this after I did my on line check out. Just something to be considered.

GAROLD WRented a 6x12 closed trailer to move some furniture. When I got home and opened the doors the floor of the trailer was a mess. It looked like someone was hauling gravel and dirt in the trailer. Suggest the rental company check the trailer when it is returned and clean the floor before the next rental.
