This location had nothing including help. Some old man had me lift a heavy young by myself. When I couldn't do it he went into a restaurant to ask for help.he still didn't help us. The employee was Not there when I arrived. Had to wait in the hot son until I called his cell number.Joe C.
The people at the location called us the night before the truck was due back asking when we were dropping off as he had another renter waiting for the truck. Then the morning it was due back they called again asking when we could drop off. We brought it back in our allotted time. Then said we were all paid up and we could go, but when we got home received a message that our card had been charged for additional mileage that should have been settled at drop-off. He was rushing us to get the next person going.Thomas P.
The office was filthy; the hook-up arranged for my tow vehicle wasn't there; I booked to Bellingham, WA and yet my contract (sent on line) said Washington, DC. I told the owner of the location it was wrong and he said "well, it's the same price anyway" which of course it is not. I was charged almost $1000.00 for 5 days when the price I was quoted was $54.95. I was charged $70.00 a day (it seems) for insurance I did not ask for yet was billed to my card. All in all, a very negative experience which I will post on all social media.hugh S.

I can not believe that this is a U-Haul business. First off, it is extremely difficult to find. The GPS directions have you entering at the Motel 6 with a 10' overhang. We had to back up into heavy traffic. The office was filthy. It looked like the owner was repackaging dates and selling them. There where packages strewn everywhere. some open with bare fruit piled in boxes. The floors were filthy and there were dates on the floors. The man behind the counter was frazzled and would not talk to us. He told us to just give him the key and he would check it in. We have pictures of the mileage, the parking situation, the filthy floor and the license plate showing the lock that I forgot to take off the back of the truck. I do not want to go back to that place to get it. I don't know how they will get it off to rent to the next customer. This place is a disgrace and should be reported to the health department.michelle W.

The location is small and a little quirky but the upside in my case is they had the truck I reserved and I was on the road in five minutes flat. Everything worked perfectly and the return was effortless.Christopher P.
The 2 people working at this location were complete idiots! The were constantly cussing and cussing at each other. There was slow internet service and they didn't know how to complete the transaction on the computer let alone rig the trailer on my truck. I had to lift load the trailer myself. I will never go there again.Mark D.

Typical uhaul again. The drop off location mentioned above wasn't the stated correctly. The drop off. Location was at Toro Garage. I made several phone calls to uhaul for the correct location, my last conversation was with Ken and he told me,yes drop the truck off at Toro garage. Someone will be there until 5pm. No one was on site for drop off. I called the phone #on a sign posted on the fence and left a message regarding the drop off and the 1/2 tank of gas. Put the key in the lock box and left. 2days later uhaul charged me $187. To replace the gas that was stolen from the truck. Uhaul has been under achieving for several years now, I know because I've used their services for years. It's time to rethink my options for rental supplies.Jerry R.
Upon arrival, the pick up place was closed and it was supposed to be open. The representative did not know anything about the reservation. They had the wrong dolly and very dirty furniture pads. The place was extremely dirty, the truck was disgusting the cargo area full of dirt. The cabin very dirty. Overall it was a horrible experience. The only good thing was that the truck ran good and it didn't malfunction.ROGER E.
Got vehicle with known hole in gas line that was DUCT TAPED and leaked $100 of gas, would've left us stranded in remote roads had we not seen it. This was after giving us vehicle a day lately BECAUSE they got us a vrhicle without a leak? Had to pay for hotel after finally fixed cuz it was so late. 3 adults, a child, 2 cats n a dog were stranded!beth M.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS! I will never use this location again and you should pull their franchise. The rental was for confirmed for 8am on the website. I got there at 8.15 and the facility was closed with a note on the door saying open at 9am. No one was there at 9 so I called the number on the note and was told "I stepped out for a few minutes" - a lie, no one had been there. He showed up finally at 9.25, opened the office, and it was a complete pig sty inside - dirty, furniture upside down, papers scattered on the floor. Got the rental, he said very sorry, keep it as long as you like, I'll be here. Returned it at 1pm and you guessed it, the facility was closed and no one there.John B.

Unprofessional. Received call from representative and was trying to be harassed into returning truck early so another customer could rent it. Contract was for 24 hours. Location seemed like a trap home.ENRIQUE G.
The place is a storage room in the rear of a restaurant. There did not seem to be "office hours", but rather an approach of "text them and they will meet you there". Very strangePeter H.

Could not find the location as it was behind/to the side of a Mexican food restaurant with a tiny sign for Uhaul. When we finally found it, it looked like a converted shed or back storage room with debris and crap, old construction and furniture items all over the ground. I think the actual Uhaul sign was the nicest and newest item at this place. It was about 10am on a Monday and nobody was there. No lights on, nothing. A sign on the door said "if we aren't here call this number" so we called it and the guy that answered said he was away eating at a food place and if I could just leave the keys. Sketchy! I said no please come here (and do your damn job) pretty much. The guy does not seem to be running a legitimate business and it feels and looks totally shady. I was very uncomfortable. There were NO other uhaul trucks anywhere. I would recommend Uhaul shutting this location down. It truly makes Uhaul as a company look very very poorly. 10 points for creep-factor on the guy running it, too.CHRISTA L S.

They have the wrong address on the website and we ended up at the wrong location. There they got us a phone number and we were able to call them for the correct location. Once there we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to come and unlock the place to get us the truck. We were also supposed too have 12 furniture pads. They had 4 and found a 5th dirty one in the back. Not too mention the shop was disgusting. I would never want to rent a truck from this location again. Ever...THOMAS B.
Address is incorrect on all uhaul documentation- when you google the business it doesn't exist. Had to drive around for an hour to find the location. Dropped it off the same day I picked it up but they charged me an extra day of rental and claimed I had dropped it off 3 days later than I had.Rebecca F.
Our 26 ft truck was given to someone else and we could only get a 15 ft. Now I have to move twice. I'm very disappointed with Uhaul. They didn't honor my reservation.Brennan M.
