No actual front desk, no clear signage or understanding of what to expect. Commited fraud by giving me a different trailer than was on my contract. When I told corporate and this location of the error, they said they would fix it. They did not. They committed fraud by charging me for both insurances when I didn’t agree to them nor was it explained to me what it was. On top of that, because it’s a different trailer I wouldn’t have been covered anyway. I will be requesting a refund. This location needs a serious audit.

Agreed upon drop off location when renting. Uhaul agent said you could drop off there. Uhaul changed location. Closes three hours earlier so we need to reschedule. Went to new location. Only open from 10 to4. Arrived 3 pm. Two employees enjoying afternoon nap. Said they were closed. Had to push trailer into their gated storage area. I'm 72 years old. Really? They said they would handle return. Get a billing for two additional days. I had returned trailer one day early. Unethical or incompetent. You guess. Called their 800 number and requested a callback. Never got a call.
MICHAEL DThis place was sketchy and filthy. I almost didn’t leave the trailer there. No one was there to greet me. I had to go find them at the restaurant next door. The office had prescription pills on the counter, counter top had old papers scattered and the seating area had couches that you would find under a bridge used by someone homeless. The floor was disgusting. They had dates laying out for , who knows what. The staff told me to take a picture of the trailer and that was my delivery proof. I asked for a confirmation email and he said he would send me one. I never received the email and had to call U-Haul and ask for one. I had to call twice to get this to happen. I didn’t want to have a late fee. I returned the trailer early to prevent this to find out I was charged a late fee. due to the staff at the delivery address didn’t to their job. I called U-Haul again and was able to get the late delivery fee credited back to my card. I haven’t seen this however, I did receive an email the credit had been issued. I would NOT recommend this facility and maybe you should send a rep out to inspect this place. It doesn’t represent U-Haul very well.
DANIEL LMake sure there are homeless people in the truck before giving out to the customer. Nothing bad happened but you never know
Steven FThis was by far the easiest U-Haul rental I have ever had.
